How do you make Habanero’s Fire, Fire, Fire salsa?
Now how many restaurants give up their secrets? Only on this one occasion will we do this. The secret of our hottest salsa is using the ripest Habanero’s peppers. Helpful hint: always make salsa at room temperature, refrigerate only when the peppers have blended into the salsa mix for about an hour. When the peppers are well blended, left out for an hour or so, then refrigerate and enjoy! Additionally, handling habaneros and certain other peppers can also sting the skin, so wear gloves or have plenty of milk on hand.
